See how a hill road is builtWho we are
Three decades of permanent infrastructure for Pakistan
Founded in 1993 by Hazrat Rehman, the firm grew from municipal civil works and local access roads into a PEC registered contractor for public departments, development agencies, banks and private developers.
We combine structural engineering experience with a trained technical staff and our own fleet of plant. That lets us mobilise machinery, engineers and finance quickly, including on remote mountain sites. Every project is run on three principles: cost accountability, technical excellence and transparent contract management.
- QualityInfrastructure that stands the test of time.
- IntegrityTransparency in every engagement, from estimate to final bill.
- ExcellenceEngineering that builds a stronger Pakistan.
What we build
Six fields of work, one standard of care
Roads and highways
Flexible asphalt and rigid PCC pavements, rehabilitation, culverts and hill road earthworks.
Buildings
Residential, commercial, government, education and healthcare buildings, built for seismic safety.
Renovation and retrofit
Epoxy injection, structural jackets and carbon fibre wraps that bring older buildings up to code.
Irrigation and water
Concrete lined canals, flow control structures, drains and solar powered water supply schemes.
Flood protection
Check dams, gabion spurs, stone pitched embankments and reinforced concrete flood walls.
Project management
Site survey, bills of quantities, cost control and independent supervision through to handover.
How a project runs
From the first survey to handover
Projects are managed against strict engineering standards at every stage, with the same team accountable from start to finish.
